NL AGENCY - Energy and Climate Department (former SenterNovem) is part of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation. It is an agency focusing on sustainability policies, innovation, international business and cooperation.
As part of a bilateral cooperation programme with The State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Conservation of Ukraine, NL Agency decided to propose the pilot of an educational programme based on My Friend Boo to raise awareness on energy issues among Ukrainian children.
