We are committed to using planet-friendly solutions and information technology to reduce the number of physical meetings throughout the duration of the YES project - it's not necessary to always meet face-to-face and fly from one country to another when we can share information online.
This area is therefore reserved for project partners and hosts project information and working documents.
Throughout the project we have also committed to:
- Use eco-efficient and sustainable transport: use public transport, cycle, walk to work (at least one day per week) and during the Project Management Committees.
- Shut down and unplug our electronic devices (PCs, laptop and mobile chargers, printers, scanners and faxes) when they are not in use in meetings and in our every day actions.
- Reuse paper and only print when absolutely necessary. Not use communication tools that require lots of packaging.
